Resolution 8, to appoint Stephanie Nez to the Keer Center board of directors, was also moved by Supervisor Meadows and passed by voice vote; committee records indicated the nomination had passed unanimously in committee.
The board received Communication 13 (an intergovernmental agreement between Kenosha County and the village of Twin Lakes for information technology services) and referred it to the Finance & Administration Committee. Communication 14 (a proposed generative artificial intelligence usage policy submitted by Michael Bashinelli) was also referred to Finance & Administration. Communication 15 (a report from Corporation Council Joseph Cardone on the petition to form a Rock Lake management district pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 33.25) was received and filed.
The board approved the May 19 minutes with a clerical amendment and adjourned. No substantive debate was recorded on the appointments or the communications during the floor session.
