The City Council on June 1 approved the seventh amendment to the city manager's employment agreement, increasing the manager's base salary to $326,934 effective July 1, 2026. Staff said the change reflects the council's annual performance review and is a 3% increase over current compensation.
Council members thanked the city manager for leadership on the strategic-plan update and other accomplishments. The salary amendment and the updated salary schedule were adopted together by roll call vote as Resolution 2026-30.
No public comment was received on the item. The council directed staff to implement the salary schedule change effective July 1.
