Pacific View programming: summer camps, sold‑out concerts and new staff

She said open‑jam and open‑studio sessions are running through June and July and promoted an Art Venture day trip for residents 50 and up.
Director Dave Kn. and new arts program manager Lorett Garner introduced staff updates; Garner described her background in Costa Mesa and Carlsbad and said she will support programming and partnerships as the city implements PVAC priorities.
