- Chair Glenn Saba moved and the board approved appointing Gabi Dias as Keeper of the Finding of Facts (second by Vice Chair Sullivan; vote 5-0-0).
- Applicant Dean Secchiaroli requested withdrawal without prejudice of a Special Exception/Home Business application for 63 Main St.; the board granted the withdrawal (motion by Vice Chair Sullivan; second by Member Wetherbee; vote 5-0-0).
- The board approved a variance under Article IV Section 410:8 to allow a 560 sq ft attached ADU at 15 Little Rob Road with conditions limiting the building footprint and overhangs (motion by Member Corey Barnes; second by Member Guy Wetherbee; vote 5-0-0).
The board adjourned at 8:23 p.m.; the next regular ZBA meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2025.
