Board members noted the top line looked crowded within a 19‑inch recess and suggested reducing the upper-letter height to about 10 inches so the sign centers better in the panel. The applicant agreed to rework the layout and return the revised artwork for final grouping review.
The board moved and seconded the conditional approval at the meeting. Roll-call votes were unanimous in favor (Steve, Susan, Millie, Felix and the chair).
What’s next: Applicant to revise lettering to 10 inches for the top line and resubmit the grouped sign composition for a final check by staff.
