The Dover Planning Board completed its annual June reorganization on June 1, re‑electing Carol Elizabeth as chair and selecting Valerie Lynn as vice chair.
Members nominated and voted by roll call; Katie Williams, Valerie Lynn, Eric and Chair Carol Elizabeth voted in favor when the nominees accepted their positions. The board also appointed Katie Williams as the planning board liaison to the Open Space Committee.
Later in the meeting staff proposed and the board approved a motion to forgo the modest annual stipends for planning board members for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Members agreed staff would circulate electronic signature forms for the necessary paperwork.
The votes were unanimous among board members recorded in the meeting; staff said forms and follow‑up would be circulated promptly.
