"We are asking for $20,000 to address operational support, resident support, and facility safety improvements," Gman said in her presentation. The council confirmed that the restricted funds are designated for such purposes and, after a motion and second, approved the allocation by roll call.
Council members thanked Gman for the work and asked staff to coordinate the funding disbursement consistent with the restricted‑fund requirements. The action was recorded by roll call; the council’s votes in the transcript show unanimous support among members present.
