The chair said the commission could not handle its agenda because “unfortunately, we do not have a quorum of uh planning commissioners available,” and therefore would not be able to conduct business that evening. The chair also announced that the next meeting will be on June 9 and encouraged members of the public to consider applying to fill open planning commission seats, saying, “if anybody out there would like to be on the planning commission, we have spaces available.”
With no quorum present, the chair formally closed the meeting. No motions were made and no votes were taken.
