Longtime village attorney John announces retirement effective Jan. 1, 2025

Manager Nathan Nel said he would circulate an RFP for legal services and work with trustees on transition planning.
Next steps: the manager will distribute the attorney RFP and trustees will discuss whether to hire part‑time counsel or retain outside attorneys on a contract basis. No appointment was made at the meeting.
