District outlines summer roofing, awning and HVAC work at Fair View and other campuses

He also reported recent chiller repairs at Fair View and NJH, ongoing gym unit replacements at Martha (aging 30-year-old systems), and repair progress on magnet school gym sealing and floor-coating failures. Greenhouse work resumed after rain delays.
Board members asked targeted questions about bleacher seat replacements and timelines for specific gym repairs; staff said parts were pending for some gym boards and contractors would resume work as weather permitted.
