Commission approves agenda, minutes and routine financial and event reports

The Goshen City Community Relations Commission opened its June 2 meeting by approving the agenda and the March 3, 2026 minutes by voice vote. The commission then reviewed its financial report through May 31 and approved the report after a motion and second.
The commission also reviewed and approved the International Women’s Day final report; staff reported the event drew more than 150 attendees, had 12 sponsors and did not break even. Staff-reported event figures in the packet listed total expenses at $11,418.46 and total revenue at $9,239.54.
Finally, a motion to adjourn was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. The commission will next meet in October.
