Road program award: Staff recommended awarding the 2026 road improvement unit-price contract to Tresco Paving Corporation for $1,688,925 (including alternates) and noted an asphalt-price adjustment clause tied to oil prices. Council approved the award 5-0.
Parking lot and trail paving: Council awarded a $143,149.40 contract for Wellwood Park amphitheater parking and pedestrian pathways to a recommended bidder (award recorded 5-0).
Truck upfits: Council approved awarding a Co-Stars contract for upfitting two Ford F-600 chassis to Stephenson/Steven's City Equipment for $175,442; council discussed timing for upfits and budget amendments and approved the award 4-1.
Other routine items on payroll and bills were approved by unanimous vote.
