Antioch board approves payables and supplemental appropriation, continues one redevelopment item
Summary

Trustees also approved a supplemental annual appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2026. A proposed redevelopment agreement with Brown 173 LLC was continued to the June 10 meeting at the request of its mover and seconder.
Later in the agenda the board voted to waive the second reading on an ordinance acknowledging potential liquor-license class changes and approved the procedural motion. The meeting concluded with a motion, approved on roll call, to enter executive session for matters involving security procedures and pending or imminent litigation.
