Ordinance 2847 amends the code to provide for handicap parking on streets for private residences. The public hearing was opened and closed with no speakers and the council adopted the ordinance.
The council clerk recorded roll call votes for all items; the clerk announced each ordinance as adopted following affirmative votes. No amendments were recorded for these ordinances at this meeting.
