The Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission on June 1 approved a block of subdivision plats following staff recommendations.
Approvals included Everly phase 4C (interior lot reconfiguration between lots 5715–5717) and Everly reservey phase 1D (interior lot-line adjustments and creation of multiple easements). The commission also approved Riverwalk Phase 1B (250 Riverchase Parkway East), which will create 21 residential lots, one multifamily lot and one common area lot; staff recommended approval contingent on the developer providing an assurance instrument in the amount of $95,000. Representatives for the Riverwalk and Everly cases (Bob Easley) confirmed acceptance of staff conditions during the hearing.
Each motion to approve was seconded and carried on voice vote. Staff will proceed with standard final-map review and permitting steps; the Riverwalk approval is contingent on the specified developer assurance being provided prior to final map recordation.
