On a second bond matter covering Site Development Plans 961 and 961B, staff recommended releasing $13,330 of the posted bonds while retaining $30,300 to cover remaining work (pavement binder course, dumpster enclosure, striping and signage). The retained funds are to secure completion of the outstanding items by August 1, 2026; if work is not completed, staff will initiate a bond call process to finish the work. Dennis moved the reduction and Ella seconded; the motion passed.
What’s next: Staff will monitor the August completion deadline and will return to the commission or take bond enforcement action if the remaining work is not completed by the stipulated date.
