"...you guys again are in a position position of power behind there so when things aren't on the agenda people can't be prepared... CPC has worked really hard for three years..." the speaker said, and asked the board to place CPC items on future agendas and to consult committee minutes and correspondence with town staff (the speaker referenced communications with "Henry Ingresworth").
Later in the public-comment period Amber Sweat of Red Brook Drive addressed the audience with a voting reminder: "If somebody's on a ballot, you don't have to vote for them. You can leave it blank. You can write in somebody," she said. Michelle (who provided her name for the record) also identified herself so the minutes would show a name. The board did not respond during public comment; members noted the board may not be able to answer questions during that period and encouraged commenters to contact the town manager if they seek placement on a future agenda.
