Adel preservation commission approves March minutes, reviews design-guidelines implementation and sets next meeting

Lane Pralle provided an update on implementing the commission's design guidelines, reviewing notes from March and reporting that "Steve N" was unable to attend this meeting. Pralle said he will check with Steve late in April to confirm availability for next month.
Chair Rich Hughes announced the Preservation Summit in Muscatine in June and noted online classes available for members. The minutes record no update on the commission website for this month (Anna Phelps and Deb Christensen) and no update on the plaque for the Raccoon Valley Bank Community House. The commission set its next meeting for May 20, 2025.
