I think we've got 15,000 per budget," a staff member stated during the discussion. Council members noted the program details mirrored past shows; one councilmember joked about the contract including only a small number of earplugs for attendees.
A council member moved to approve the agreement and the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. Staff said the display is similar to prior years and that the additional cost does not require a formal budget amendment at this time.
