Board approves Syed property application within conservation easement at 136 I.U. Willets Road, subject to Planning Board screening

The motion was moved by Trustee Jeffrey Brown, seconded by Trustee Andrew Weinberg, and recorded as carried. The minutes do not include a roll-call vote tally. The Planning Board’s additional screening is a condition of the Board’s approval.
