The board awarded cleaning contracts for town‑owned properties on Pine Street and Erchles Street to Brookside Maintenance Associates LLC (DiConzo motion; second Theriault), vote 5‑0. It also approved a fourth extension of the Joint Ambulance Service Agreement (Brennick motion; second DiConzo), vote 5‑0.
Appointments: Brennick moved to appoint Jeff Secrist to the Appeals Board (second DiConzo); motion passed 5‑0. The board corrected the Planning Board listing for James A. Paltanawick to record him as an Alternate (Brennick motion; second DiConzo), vote 5‑0. The board approved a new pole location at the intersection of Andover Road and Kimball Road (Brennick motion; second DiConzo), vote 5‑0.
