PSCAB elects officers; approves October minutes and schedules joint meeting with supervisors

At its Jan. 14 meeting the Public Safety Citizen Advisory Board re‑elected Jennifer Schauble as chair, chose Charles Rossi as vice chair and Elizabeth Jenaway as secretary, approved October minutes, and set a joint meeting with the Board of Supervisors for April 24, 2025.
Sergeant Christopher Dolga served as temporary chair to conduct officer elections at the Jan. 14 Public Safety Citizen Advisory Board meeting. With no additional nominations, the board elected Jennifer Schauble as chairperson, Charles Rossi as vice chairperson and Elizabeth Jenaway as secretary.
The board approved the October 2024 meeting minutes after a motion by Shorty Shultz and a second by Pattijo Taylor; the motion carried. Jennifer Schauble read liaison notes from Supervisor Bill Jenaway about a candidate resume received for the board vacancy and said interviews will be scheduled. Schauble also said comprehensive plan meetings will resume and that public safety concerns about rezoning an old church into apartments were raised at a recent planning hearing.
Schauble confirmed the PSCAB will hold a joint meeting with the Board of Supervisors on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 8:30 p.m. in the Boardroom. The meeting adjourned on a motion by Shorty Shultz, seconded by Pattijo Taylor.
