Residents urge township action on vacant Route 309 property and unfinished Madison Village site work

Resident Michael Kutchmarick of 7364 Lincoln Ct. said trees on his property were removed in April to facilitate installation of sewer lines associated with the Madison Village Manufactured Home development. Kutchmarick told the board he has attempted to contact the excavation contractor, Dirt Works, which had told him the disturbed area would be completed in April; he said no restoration work has occurred. Zoning Officer Jim Macort said he will look into both matters.
