City Manager Tom Hanson said Washington Terrace’s current contract with the transfer station expires at the end of June and that the city is awaiting pricing information before making a routing decision.
Council discussed the potential for competition to lower tipping fees and the timeline for county-level decisions; no formal action was taken at the meeting.
