The applicant noted permits for wetland work were obtained and that the team had updated plans to remove encroachments into NHDOT right‑of‑way.
Committee members asked whether any substantive changes were anticipated; staff and the applicant said changes were primarily refinement and that the project remains suitable to proceed to Planning Board when ready. The TAC approved the requested extension by voice vote and included standard stipulations for final engineering and DPW coordination in the referral materials.
