County Attorney (speaker 4) told the board the agreement "arrived in my email about 01:00 yesterday afternoon" and described it as "an updated agreement from the NDOT for the way finding signs being, installed by the convention, visitors, and tourism commission." Chair (speaker 2) said there had been "a little confusion" at a prior NDOT meeting about eliminated signs and cost-cutting measures, and that the county had worked through those issues. After the county attorney's presentation the chair asked for a motion to approve the inbound agreement and to allow the president of the commissioners to sign the contract. Commissioner Colin Taylor seconded the motion and the board called the vote in favor.
