Roll‑call votes were recorded for the individual resolutions; board members called included Trustee Kuznick, Trustee Silver, Trustee Lucas and Mayor Torres when votes were taken and a majority approved the applications.
Board discussion noted Climate Smart grants are typically 50% match programs and emphasized the need to identify local matching sources. Staff said grant deadlines were imminent and urged timely votes to meet application schedules. The board approved related resolutions for the crosswalks, bench donation and the snow‑and‑ice reimbursement agreement in the same meeting.
