The Eastern Carolina Aviation Heritage Foundation Board of Directors accepted the treasurer's report at its April 10 meeting, City of Havelock staff Dianna Vaccarella reported.
Vaccarella presented the financial summary showing total revenues of $32,368.00 and expenses of $26,425.58, yielding a current fiscal-year balance of $5,942.42. With a carry-over of $167,732.12 from FY2025, the foundation reported an available balance of $173,674.54.
Jimmie Green moved to accept the budget report "as written." The motion carried unanimously.
The treasurer's report itemized revenues from gala ticketing and contributions and listed expenses including gala costs, departmental supplies, contracted services and summer-camp-related expenses. The written report attached to the meeting packet broke down line items such as Gala income ($27,440.00) and Gala expenses ($15,830.69). It also showed summer-camp-related outlays and payroll entries recorded as FY2025 expenses.
Board members did not request additional budget adjustments at the meeting; the board accepted the report and moved on to event and exhibit planning. The next scheduled board meeting is May 1, 2026.
