The East Rockhill Township Board of Supervisors on July 22 authorized a set of land-use and utility-related actions. Supervisor Jim Nietupski moved and Supervisor Dave Nyman seconded authorization for the township to execute a Conditional Use adjudication with the Perkasie Regional Authority for property at 1010 Three Mile Run Road (Well #7); the motion passed unanimously.
During discussion Mr. Nietupski asked about approval of exterior design for three recently approved well houses; Township staff said they are currently reviewing exterior designs and will provide a recommended design to the board prior to any approval of the exterior treatment.
The board also authorized Chairperson execution of the Stormwater Best Management Practices Operations and Maintenance Agreement and reaffirmed signatures on plans for recordation at the Green Ridge Estates West planned community. Separately, the board authorized execution of agreements for Everleigh Woods (formerly 809 Three Mile Run Road) and signatures on plans for recordation; both motions passed with unanimous support.
Township Solicitor Will Oetinger opened and closed an advertised public hearing on a Verizon Cable Franchise Renewal earlier in the meeting; no public comment was received during that hearing. The solicitor’s office and township engineering staff indicated ongoing review on design and recordation details for the projects; plan materials and agreements are on file with the township clerk.
