The board approved Kuharchik Construction Inc.’s 2025 Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement, which locks pricing for signal repairs and maintenance through the end of 2025.
On office equipment, Bilek said municipal and police computers are due for replacement; IT advisor A.J. Delermy recommended a five‑year refresh. The board approved soliciting quotes for replacement of police and municipal office computers and separately approved purchasing a laptop for the Secretary/Treasurer’s office to support remote work and meeting recordkeeping. The Police Department copier replacement was tabled pending additional information comparing leasing vs. purchase options.
The board approved a $600 annual stipend for the Blair Township Tax Collector to offset postage and supply costs, a stipend the board has historically granted.
