The Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission on March 26 approved a procedural agenda change that moved a discussion about updating the town’s wetlands regulations to follow the Wetlands Agent report and later adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
Chair Ross Lally presided over the virtual meeting. Member Diane Denunzio moved to move Old Business item 3a — a discussion regarding updating the wetlands regulations — to after Item 6 (the Wetlands Agent report); Member David Lynn seconded. The motion carried by roll-call, recorded as unanimous 4-0-0.
During the meeting the commission approved the minutes of the Dec. 19, 2023 regular meeting. The transcript records Member M. McConnell as moving to approve the minutes and Member Diane Denunzio as seconding. The motion is recorded as carried, 2-0-2, with Members David Lynn and Diane Denunzio listed as abstaining; the transcript therefore contains an apparent inconsistency between the recorded seconding and the listed abstentions. The commission’s clerk should be consulted to confirm the official minutes entry.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Member David Lynn, seconded by Member Diane Denunzio; the adjournment passed 4-0-0 and the meeting was recorded as ending at 8:12 p.m.
