Roll call on the minutes showed Commissioner Edgar Lopez, Commissioner Samuel Perez, Commissioner Pedro Trujillo and Chair David Eredian voting yes; Commissioner Gustavo Mendez recorded an abstention.
Both actions were recorded as approved in the meeting record.
