Montville zoning board adopts Simonsen variance, minutes and vendor invoices

The motion was made by Jake Kovalcik and seconded by Larry Lomrantz; roll call votes in favor were recorded for Gomilla, Kovalcik, Lomrantz and Pisano.
The board also moved to adopt the minutes of March 19, 2026 (moved by Kovalcik, seconded by Gomilla) and approved multiple vendor invoices and trust charges for professional services and vendors (motion by Ibrahim Coklar, seconded by Jake Kovalcik) by roll-call votes. No new business or correspondence was presented, there was no closed session, and the meeting adjourned by unanimous motion.
