Total cost is $10,575; the grant portion is $7,931.25 and Finch McEwen’s 25% match is $2,643.75. Alderman Harper moved the resolution and Alderwoman Elam seconded; the motion carried by voice vote.

Council approved the expenditures, with the general fund totaling $52,987.22 and sanitation expenditures totaling $115,624.48; the motion to approve expenditures was made by Alderman Graves and seconded by Alderwoman Holt and carried by voice vote. Dixon reported the city has collected 85% of property taxes for the year.
