Chairman Don Hickman presided as Supervisor Mike Sacks moved to adopt the 2025 Township Tax Resolution No. 2024‑18 and the 2025 Township Budget Resolution No. 2024‑19; both motions were seconded by Mark Hilbert and recorded as adopted, with the board noted as “All in favor.” The board had $3,921,768.39 in township funds reported for the period, including $2,623,809.40 in General Funds and $1,297,958.99 in additional township funds.
The board approved interim disbursements processed in the period Nov. 13–Dec. 10, 2024 totaling $667,848.37 and fund transfers of $28,366.05 (roll‑call vote recorded as Mark Hilbert, Mike Sacks and Don Hickman voting yes).
