Otoe County approves Nebraska City Utilities permit to apply biosolids after public hearing

Commissioner Freshman moved to approve the application; Commissioner Crownover seconded the motion. Voting aye were Commissioners Freshman, Crownover, Cole and Chairman Jerad Sornson. The public hearing was closed before the vote and no nays were recorded.
