Lynn EAC sets logistics for spring cleanup, requests Road Master support

At its April 16 meeting the Lynn Township Environmental Advisory Council detailed logistics for an upcoming spring cleanup, including request that the Road Master place cones on Allemaengel, Mosserville, Madison and Oswald roads. The minutes note PennDOT provided personal protective equipment (PPE) but had run out of signage.
Council members assigned operational tasks: Kathryn Townsend will handle a banner and set-up; Annie Glenn will bring extension cords and sanitizing wipes; Rob Sayre will supply five gallons of water and oversee table set up; Tricia Ferraro will meet the Goodwill truck at 6:50 a.m. Volunteers and groups with children were to be assigned to Ontelaunee or one of the Leaser Lake entrances.
The minutes list additional logistical details (cone placement, PPE source and signage shortage) and indicate the EAC intends to coordinate with the Road Master and PennDOT to finalize assignments and safety equipment before the event.
