The Common Council approved a package of routine and substantive actions during its Nov. 17, 2015 meeting.
Licenses and consent: The council approved the consent agenda (including multiple sets of minutes and claims totaling $1,037,633.03) on a motion by Alderperson Litkowiec, seconded by Alderperson Schissel; the motion carried unanimously. The council also approved a request by Felipe Hopp, agent for Cudahy's Pancake House, for a Class B Combination liquor license at 4753 S. Packard Ave., pending payment of fees (motion by Ald. Bartoshevich, second by Ald. Moralez).
Ordinances: The council adopted Ordinance No. 2425, amending storm-water customer classes for 2- through 4-family residential properties (motion by Ald. Moralez, second by Ald. Bartoshevich), and Ordinance No. 2426, which repeals and recreates Cudahy Municipal Code Section 3.03 to add internal financial controls (motion by Ald. Litkowiec, second by Ald. Hollenbeck). Both ordinances passed unanimously.
Resolutions: The council approved Resolution No. 6982 (Certified Survey Map, 3468 E. Bottsford Ave.) and passed Resolutions No. 6983 and No. 6984 recognizing Brian Dlapa for 20 years of service and Darlene Felton for 21 years of service in city roles. Motions for these resolutions carried unanimously.
