• Ackman (Spectrum) Davis Farm roof repair: Final payment application #2 in the amount of $19,631.60 was approved (moved by Commissioner Evans, seconded by Commissioner Kennedy); vote: 5–0.
Each motion passed unanimously. No further action was recorded on those projects at the meeting.
