Caltrans announces $100 million for northshore projects; county details road and pedestrian improvements

Director of Public Services Lars Ewing discussed county road funding and confirmed the Nice–Lucerne Cutoff and various Nice and Upper Lake roads are slated for repaving in 2026.
The presentation laid out a programmatic pipeline rather than specific construction schedules for every item; MAC members heard that some projects are under design or environmental review while others are scheduled for near‑term construction.
