Daggett County Municipal Building Authority approves corrected minutes and several financial reports

The Daggett County Municipal Building Authority convened at 9:34 a.m. on June 2 and approved corrected minutes from its May 26, 2026 meeting after agreeing to change the day listed from "Wednesday" to "Tuesday," the chair said.
The board reviewed financial reports and voted to accept the cash summary and accounts receivable report dated May 29, 2026. A motion to accept the accounts receivable and cash summaries was made and approved by voice vote.
Board members then considered the open invoice register dated May 28, 2026. The Chair asked which project corresponded to a $52,000 State of Utah Division of Finance lease-revenue entry; staff identified that amount as related to the Dutch John water treatment plant, split roughly into $45,000 and $7,002.35. The board approved the open invoice register as presented in the amount of $57,834.02.
The authority acknowledged the disbursement summary for May 21–28, 2026 totaling $250,936.17, with a void amount of $869.47. A motion to acknowledge the disbursement summary was made, seconded and approved by the members present.
Chair remarks closed the packet-review portion of the meeting; members were notified of a construction meeting for the Daggett County Health Business Community Center scheduled for Thursday at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting adjourned by acclamation at 9:43 a.m.
