The Village of Bayside Architectural Review Committee on Jan. 13 unanimously approved two residential fence projects and approved the committee27s Dec. 16, 2024 meeting minutes.
Homeowner David Britton appeared to present a proposal to install 207 lineal feet of four-foot-high aluminum fence that he described as more than 50% open and dark brown in color; Britton said the fence will tie in with a neighbor27s fence. Committee Member Dan Zitzer moved to approve the project as presented; Committee Member Christine Duback seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Homeowners Cory Katzban and Emily Martin appeared regarding 843 East Hermitage Road and clarified that the proposed wooden fence will be four feet in height for the entire 275 lineal feet proposed. Committee Member Dan Zitzer moved approval; Committee Member Christine Duback seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Committee Member Marisa Roberts moved, and Committee Member Christine Duback seconded, to approve the Dec. 16, 2024 meeting minutes; that motion also carried unanimously. The committee adjourned at 5:23 p.m.
