Collins explained that the driveway access from Brown Deer Road will be closed and the property will use the driveway off Navajo Road. Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin confirmed the new garage will match the exterior of the existing home. Committee Member Christine Duback requested clarification about existing arborvitae plantings; no changes to that planting plan were recorded in the minutes.
Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin moved to approve the application as presented; Committee Member Christine Duback seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
