The Village of Bayside Architectural Review Committee unanimously approved plans for a replacement two-car garage at 202 West Brown Deer Road during its Feb. 10, 2025 meeting.
Homeowner Kenneth Collins presented an application to remove an existing detached garage and replace it with a new 576-square-foot two-car garage. Collins explained that the driveway access from Brown Deer Road will be closed and the property will use the driveway off Navajo Road. Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin confirmed the new garage will match the exterior of the existing home. Committee Member Christine Duback requested clarification about existing arborvitae plantings; no changes to that planting plan were recorded in the minutes.
Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin moved to approve the application as presented; Committee Member Christine Duback seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
The minutes record the project as approved as presented; no additional conditions or roll-call votes were recorded.
