Homeowner wins approval for fence and woodshed at 8965 N Fielding Road

Homeowner Adam Kriete described the project to the committee as 120 lineal feet of six-foot-high, 50% open wood fencing along the west side of the property and a new gable-style woodshed. Committee Member Marisa Roberts asked whether the gate would be left to weather naturally; Kriete said it would. Chairperson John Krampf asked whether the shed color would match the exterior of the home; Kriete said he plans to repaint the house and will paint the shed the same color at that time.
Trustee Liaison Ben Minkin moved approval of the application as presented; Committee Member Marisa Roberts seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
The committee did not attach additional conditions in the meeting minutes beyond the project description presented by Kriete.
