Councilors asked about which landfills and recycling facilities are used; the representative said materials are taken to regional sorting facilities and Sandoval County landfills and that market fluctuations affect how some materials are handled.
Councilors also discussed routing and calendar‑display issues for collection schedules; the company said it is actively working to correct calendar and routing displays on its website and with customers. After the discussion, the council approved the rate adjustment by roll call.
