The North Fond du Lac Plan Commission on May 13 recommended staff approve a certified survey map drawn by J.E. Arthur and Associates to create parcels for sale and development in the Northgate Business Park.
Peter Fetters, zoning administrator, said the map was prepared at the Village’s request to facilitate sale and development of the created parcel and noted that "both parcels created are compliant with Village zoning code." Commissioner Mike Will asked whether FZE Manufacturing Solutions to the east still had a right of first refusal on the land; Fetters reported he had checked with Administrator Leonard and that the rights had expired. Commissioner Mitch Vis stated he believed ownership of the roadway cul‑de‑sac had transferred to the Village.
Brandon Switz moved and Mike Will seconded a motion recommending staff approval of the certified survey map. The commission approved the recommendation 5-0 (Behnke and Livieri excused). The recommendation will be forwarded to staff for final technical processing and any required Village Board actions.
