During a Subsidized Housing Inventory review, staff noted that Town Planner Spencer Dancause helps track when occupancy permits are issued for units that affect the SHI list. The minutes record that MassHousing does not handle Trust payments and that a payment-in-lieu mechanism is established by a Town of Plymouth bylaw.
The Trust approved its Jan. 21 minutes by unanimous vote before discussing finances. No public comment was recorded at the meeting.
The Trust did not record any formal new funding commitments at the Feb. 18 meeting; next steps for the financial account were not specified in the minutes.
