Finance committee recommends schedule shift, reviews November financials and FLASHES projects update

Project Manager Hannah Davidson provided an in-depth update on current projects and an overview of the FLASHES project.
Procedural note: The meeting was called to order at 1:01 p.m.; Director Jim Freeman moved to approve the Dec. 9, 2025 agenda, seconded by Director Gary Graves. There were no members of the public present and no committee-member comments beyond agenda items. Director Gary Graves adjourned the meeting at 2:03 p.m.
