The board also approved a quote for the DACRA system after Trustee Jackson moved and Trustee David R. Dyson seconded the motion. The same five trustees voted aye and Trustee Robinson was absent; the motion carried.
Trustee Michael Collier Sr. moved and Trustee Thomas Harper seconded approval of a street closure for the Park District on June 15 from 1–9 p.m. The motion carried on the same roll call tally.
Earlier in the meeting Trustee Thomas Harper moved and Trustee David R. Dyson seconded approval of the April 23, 2024 regular minutes; roll call recorded the same five ayes with Trustee Robinson absent and the motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned on a unanimous voice vote following a motion by Trustee Gregory N. Jackson and a second by Trustee Tiffany S. Robinson; the minutes record the meeting end time as 7:37 p.m.
