The West Mead Township Board of Supervisors voted May 12 to authorize signing the Byham Subdivision Plan 2026-1, a request by Jeffrey and Molly Byham to subdivide their Hunter Road property and create Lot #1 of 4.788 acres from Tax Parcel No. 3217-143. The Solicitor reviewed the proposal during the meeting and the board approved the plan pending final signatures and any additional requirements.
Supervisor Jordan moved to approve the request; Supervisor Shartle seconded, and the motion passed with all supervisors present voting in favor. The minutes note the subdivision could allow future development of the newly created parcel but do not record specific development proposals or conditions beyond the pending final signatures.
